Dunlop Billiards Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering or using Dunlop Billiards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Restrictions

Proof of age may be required for entry. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

3. Reservations

Reservations are recommended, especially for groups. Failure to adhere to reservation policies may result in denial of service.

4. Table Usage

Tables are to be used responsibly. Damages to tables or equipment will be the responsibility of the user(s).

5. Conduct

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Dunlop Billiards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

6. Food and Beverage

Food and beverage consumption is permitted. Please dispose of all trash properly.

7. Liability

Dunlop Billiards is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained on the premises, unless caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

Dunlop Billiards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
